We went to a cool cafe close to our house for a Saturday brunch. I loved it, but I love vegemite no matter where I have it. The bread was so crunchy, it drowned out my dad complaining about the lack of bloody mary’s (whatever that is).
My name is Simon and I entered the world on 29 December 2006 in Sydney, Australia. Since everyone who is anyone is online, I figured I’d get started right away. I hope to post photos and notes to keep my friends and family around the world updated on my many adventures.
A word of warning, while my adventures will be plentiful, my personal photographer may not be able to keep up. Also, things around here (and me, for that matter) are still quite new, so I’m still getting a feel for this whole blogging thing.

Well, hey, Simon… Vegemite is an acquired taste… I happen to love it… your granddad Gary isn't quite as much of a fan… make that NOT a fan! I'm not sure about your Dad… give him time, but I have to say, Sweetie, don't hold your breath!
