24 September 2007

I took the family out on a trip to Gipsy Point Lodge. My mother’s friend’s parents own it (follow that?). It is a river side fishing lodge in Victoria. A pretty cool trip–lots of hanging out with some other kids, the parents of course did their boring stuff with the other parents, but whatever.

I did get to check out some pelicans, a goana (scary), and wear a really cool life preserver (in my size and everything!).

One gurgle so far…

Simon, Save that preserver for when you come to wild, wonderful West Virginia. The mighty Cacapon River is waiting for you. Oh, and you can bring along your parents, too. Floating down the river is fun! You're soooo cute!

About me

My name is Simon and I entered the world on 29 December 2006 in Sydney, Australia. Since everyone who is anyone is online, I figured I’d get started right away. I hope to post photos and notes to keep my friends and family around the world updated on my many adventures.

A word of warning, while my adventures will be plentiful, my personal photographer may not be able to keep up. Also, things around here (and me, for that matter) are still quite new, so I’m still getting a feel for this whole blogging thing.

Now what?
